Main features

  • Versatile tool combination: Modular structure offered with multiple possible configurations according to your needs, combining a wide abrasive belt (for sandblasting or calibration) and universal roller brushes (for deburring contours and surface brushing).
  • Two advanced holding and conveying options:
    • Strong magnetic adsorption: Ideal for securely holding carbon steel parts (minimum dimensions of 30 x 30 mm).
    • Vacuum adsorption: For non-magnetic metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and copper (minimum dimensions of 50 x 50 mm).
  • High-precision positioning: 4-column synchronous lifting system with dedicated servomotor control for the brushing station, guaranteeing an adjustment accuracy of 0.01 mm.
  • Intelligent PLC control: Centralized CNC touchscreen allowing instant adjustment and storage of all machine machining parameters.
  • Environmental dust management: System designed to be coupled with a wet vacuum or an industrial impulse dust collector to ensure clean and safe production.
