The fully automatic Lanuss LSD series machine is a high-precision solution designed for deburring, brushing, and edge smoothing on precision parts, automotive components, stampings, gears, and powder metallurgy parts. Thanks to its advanced wet-type system and combination of abrasive belts and planetary rotary brushes, it effectively removes burrs from external contours as well as internal holes. It achieves a perfectly uniform radius of curvature (R-arc) and an absolutely consistent surface finish without any thermal distortion.

Thanks to its advanced wet-type system and combination of abrasive belts and planetary rotary brushes, it effectively removes burrs from external contours as well as internal holes. Main features

  • Modular tool combinations: Flexible structure combining wide abrasive belt grinding stations (for sandblasting and initial deburring) and rotating disc brush stations (for polishing and multidirectional rounding of corners).
  • Planetary and oscillating brush system: Depending on the width, the disc brushes combine individual rotation, planetary revolution and lateral oscillation perpendicular to the forward movement to ensure that no corner of the room is neglected.
  • Wet Processing Technology:
    • Prevents thermal deformation of thin parts during cold processing.
    • Offers a significantly superior and more refined surface roughness.
    • Instantly captures 100 % of grinding dust for a healthy environment.
    • Increases the lifespan of abrasives and consumables.
  • High-performance maintenance and feeding: Offered with three systems to choose from (Conveyor belt + pressure rollers, Strong magnetic adsorption for steels with integrated demagnetizer at the output, or Vacuum adsorption for non-magnetic materials).
  • Eco-friendly filtration: Equipped with an automatic paper belt filter to continuously purify the grinding fluid and operate in an eco-responsible closed circuit.
