  • Versatile tool combination: Modular structure offered with multiple possible configurations according to your needs, including sandblasting, deburring and polishing.
  • Advanced restraint systems (optional):
    • Powerful magnetic adsorption: For carbon steel parts (minimum dimensions of 10 x 10 mm).
    • Vacuum suction adsorption: For non-magnetic metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and copper (minimum dimensions of 50 x 50 mm).
  • High-precision positioning: Four-column synchronous lifting system with servomotor control, offering ultra-rigorous adjustment accuracy of 0.01 mm.
  • Intelligent PLC control: Intuitive CNC touchscreen interface allowing easy configuration and adjustment of all machine grinding parameters.
  • Variable speed feed: Belt conveyor with feed speed adjustable by frequency inverter from 0.5 to 6 m/min to adapt to each type of production.
