  • Multiple tool configurations: Highly customizable modular structure combining in simple or multiple ways wide abrasive belt stations (for sandblasting or calibration) and stations with polishing or brushing wheels.
  • State-of-the-art wet processing finish:
    • Eliminates the risk of thermal deformation or warping on thin sheets.
    • Ensures a surface finish and roughness of superior aesthetic quality.
    • Aspire 100 % grinding dust for a clean and safe factory environment.
    • Complete water management system with sprinkler ramp per station, anti-splash rollers, air blade dryer at outlet and triple set of spin rollers.
  • Eco-friendly filtration system: Equipped with an automatic paper belt filter to recycle grinding fluid in a closed circuit.
  • Four power and maintenance options:
    • Conveyor belt + pressure rollers: For standard parts (length $\ge$ 280 mm).
    • Strong magnetic adsorption: Ideal for holding small carbon steel parts (from 10 x 10 mm).
    • Vacuum adsorption: For stainless steel, aluminum or copper (from 50 x 50 mm).
    • Reinforced pressure rollers: Designed specifically for thick or very heavy plates.
