The DM-D series from NS Máquinas is specifically designed for processing massive parts and thick plates from plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. Where standard deburring machines fall short, the DM-D series excels thanks to its large-diameter (D) contact drum and robust brushes capable of removing even the most stubborn scale, slag, and burrs.

Main features

  • High-performance descaling: Effectively removes slag and scale from the edges and surfaces of thermally cut parts.
  • Solid contact drum: Uses a large diameter drum (Ø 435 mm) with ultra-soft rubber to concentrate pressure only on the edges without damaging the surface.
  • Intelligent floating system: The drum adapts to thickness tolerances and deformations of the metal plates for a uniform finish.
  • Magnetic conveyor: Equipped with a powerful magnetic zone, the machine can safely process small steel parts, even under high deburring pressure.
  • Superior edge quality: In addition to descaling, the transverse brush stations (C) ensure perfect rounding of edges.

DC configuration: Combines a descaling drum (D) and a transverse brush station (C).

Capacity: Working width of 1100 mm for plates up to 120 mm thick.

EVO Technology: Motorized settings, touch screen and automatic compensation for abrasive wear.

DM1100 DCC EVO

DCC configuration: Adds a second transverse brush station for even more pronounced edge rounding or oxide removal on edges.

Productivity: Ideal for parts requiring rigorous preparation before painting or galvanizing.

DM1100 D2C EVO

Double Side Operation: Allows deburring and descaling of both sides of the part in a single pass.

Maximum efficiency: Eliminates manual handling of heavy plates, thus reducing the risk of injury and drastically increasing production rate.
