  • High-performance descaling: Effectively removes slag and scale from the edges and surfaces of thermally cut parts.
  • Solid contact drum: Uses a large diameter drum (Ø 435 mm) with ultra-soft rubber to concentrate pressure only on the edges without damaging the surface.
  • Intelligent floating system: The drum adapts to thickness tolerances and deformations of the metal plates for a uniform finish.
  • Magnetic conveyor: Equipped with a powerful magnetic zone, the machine can safely process small steel parts, even under high deburring pressure.

DCC configuration: Adds a second transverse brush station for even more pronounced edge rounding or oxide removal on edges.

Productivity: Ideal for parts requiring rigorous preparation before painting or galvanizing.

DM1100 D2C EVO

Double Side Operation: Allows deburring and descaling of both sides of the part in a single pass.
