The HSG TX3R series is the titan of laser tube cutting, designed specifically for heavy infrastructure and massive materials. With its nearly 20-tonne L-shaped frame and power output of up to 20 kW, it redefines the standards for processing large-diameter tubes. Equipped with three mandrels for flawless handling, the TX3R enables high-precision cutting of giant profiles while virtually eliminating material waste.

Ultra-robust Side-Mounted frame: A 20-tonne structure designed to absorb vibrations and guarantee perfect stability, even under extreme loads.
Intelligent 3-Manual System: Enables continuous manufacturing across the entire clamping range (40 mm to 360 mm) without tool changes, ensuring stable and secure holding.
Zero Tailing: Thanks to the reverse movement of the mandrels, the machine maximizes the use of each tube, reducing your raw material costs to their bare minimum.
Total Versatility of Profiles: Easily cuts round and square tubes, but also standard open profiles such as H-beams, channel steel (C) and angles (L).
Bevel cutting up to 45°: Create high-quality chamfers directly on the machine to facilitate the assembly and welding of your structures.
