Patented Hydraulic System

The patented hydraulic system ensures a uniform and controlled descent of the bow, with intelligent self-regulation according to the material, its section and thickness. This technology maintains a constant straight cut while reducing premature wear of the blade. Even at the end of its life, the blade is protected thanks to a slow descent without overloading.

Swivel Arm Console with Integrated Panel

The 550's pivoting console features an integrated control panel that allows you to adjust blade speed, cutting height, blade tension, and display the number of pieces cut. Complete, centralized control for optimal productivity.

Angular Cuts up to -45º / +60º

The bow pivots in both directions on tapered roller bearings, independent of the support plane. The cutting angle is displayed digitally on the integrated display, ensuring maximum precision when making adjustments.

Integrated roller units

The 550 BSA VAR-E's roller units provide stable and smooth bar support during cutting. Their wide surface area facilitates material handling, reduces friction, and improves feeding accuracy. Ideal for production environments, they maintain alignment and ensure a straight cut, even with long or heavy workpieces.
