Ultra-robust frame

The design of these cutters is the result of an international collaboration (Belgium and Italy) and the frame of the Yawei cutters is reputed to be the heaviest on the national market. The frame of these cutters is monobloc (one piece) and thermally standardized (“stress relief”). The machining of the frames is done in a single pass (Pentahedron). Everything to ensure very high long-term stability and precision.

Aluminum gantry

Nearly half the weight of steel gantry cranes: guaranteeing you enviable speeds and acceleration, low energy consumption, better precision initially (damped vibrations) and over time since the mechanical components such as: reducers, pinions, racks will be much less stressed during the millions of times per year that the gantry will move.

Patented magnetic anti-collision system

(3th level of protection) provides you with maximum protection in the event of a collision between the cutting head and the cut plates or other element. This system is additional protection to the minimum and standard protection mechanisms such as: height detection integrated into the cutting heads (“height sensing”) and protective ceramics which offer limited protection. Few cutters offer a 3th level of protection like that of Yawei.
