Patented Hydraulic System

The Patented Hydraulic System guarantees regular descent of the blade, with constant self-regulation adapted to each type of material, section and thickness. This self-regulation of the blade tension depending on the hardness and section of the material ensures always straight cuts. In addition, it extends the life of the blade by slowing the descent of the arc without excessively stressing the blade, even when worn.

LED Touch Screen

This touch screen is equipped with multifunction software offering modern and intuitive graphics for easy and efficient use. It is equipped with a USB interface for data backup and import, as well as an Ethernet port for remote control. Programming is quick and simple, with the ability to easily import and export cutting programs, providing optimal flexibility in the production process.

Hydraulic feeding and cutting device

This device allows precise adjustment of feed and cutting pressure for optimal performance. The jaws are specially case-hardened and hardened to prevent premature wear and guarantee efficient feed of solid bars.

Integrated roller units
